Most regrettably Plough Sturton Reserves have resigned from the League this evening. They had previously submitted a request to do so but the League, working with Officials of the Club, had hoped that a rescue package could be found and that they would have been able to see the Season out. Sadly that has not happened and the team will now be withdrawn from the League with a statutory fine having to be imposed.
As they have completed less than 75% of their League Fixtures their playing record will be expunged from League records and the Division Four table now shows the up to date table now that their playing record has been removed as per League Rules.
