Acting upon the advice received from the Football Association the League instruction is that players must not shake hands, either with Match Officials, Teammates or opponents until the current Coronavirus issues have passed.
This will be the protocol in all Premier League and EFL Fixtures with immediate effect and this League will follow the direction of whatever the advice is from the FA going forward.
