Would of been nice if our referee had turned up today.
Thankfully the game was played in good spirits by both sides and went without incident.

Unfortunately mistakes happen and on this occasion the official went to the original venue, leaving him with no time to get to the opposite side of town.

The venue never changed. Only the pitch. 15 yards to the right.
Clearly an admin error.
It would of been nice to have reveived a courtesy message/call from the league explaining what had happened. As the referee no show resulted in the game being delayed.
If a team hadn’t shown. The check book would have been out.
