The City of Lincoln Council have informed the League that the 4 pitches at the Cowpaddle will not be available this Season due to a recurrence of the chafer grub infestation that caused their closure two years ago.
The League are currently negotiating with the Council to find alternative venues for the 4 home Clubs that this ground closure affects.

We could help at Branston?
We have HBW and Ferryboat this season. Maybe it would work? We have 3 pitches but only one set of changing rooms so might need to be a pm kick off sometimes.

Cherry Willingham School would be happy to help. We are already hosting Wishing Well FC and Trent Valley FC on our two grass pitches but there are only a handful of weeks where both teams are at home and both pitches are in use. With a little organisation we could cater for another team for am matches – worst case we will have pm kick off availability.
