The League Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held ‘virtually’ on Monday 30th June 2025 commencing at 7.30pm prompt.
In accordance with League Rules it is mandatory for ALL Clubs to be represented at this meeting. Failure to be represented will attract a fine of not less than £75.00 and may lead to the absent Club not being accepted into the League for the new 2025/2026 Season.
A link to join the meeting will be sent to all Club Secretaries later in the week. Access will only be possible via the link. If a Club Secretary is unable to attend this meeting the meeting can be attended by any person connected with the Club, on behalf of that Club.
Please note: If your Club is not represented at the meeting and if the meeting does not accept your Club to be a member of the League for Season 2025/2026 ,then there is no right of appeal against a decision of a League AGM.
