Tonight sees the first of our 4 domestic Cup Finals, all of which will be played in the fantastic facilities provided by Lincoln City Football Club at the LNER Stadium, Sincil Bank, Lincoln.
The show piece this evening is the Jock Mitchell Memorial Trophy Final between Eslaforde Rangers and FC Lincs. This Competition is for returning teams that play in the lowest two Divisions in the League.
Both teams have enjoyed a memorable Season in their own right. Eslaforde Rangers, a Sleaford based team, have finished their campaign in Division 3 by finishing in second place, having headed that Division for much of the Season. They have finished with 61 points, having lost just 1 League match throughout the Season.
FC Lincs have also finished their campaign on 61 points, having lost just 2 League matches. They have one further League match to play before their Season ends as the Champions of Division 2.
An exciting contest awaits, that is for sure. The match will kick-off at 7.30pm with admission prices as follows:
Adult £8.00 (Over 65’s £5.00).
Under 16s £3.00 (Under 5s free).
Why not come and join us? It promises to be a cracking game, this final usually is!!
